Taverna Emborios - Weather - How to find out what the weather is up to around Kasos

There are three weather sites on the internet that are particularly good for Kasos and Greece. The first is the BBC, which provides a five day forecast for the very nearby island of Karpathos but is only given in English. The relevant link is:

The second is Poseidon, which is part of Greece's National Center for Marine Research (N.C.M.R). This is a government research institution belonging to the General Secretariat of Research and Technology. It provides three forecasts for Greece and the Aegean as a whole: a weather forecast, a wave forecast and a circulation forecast. The site is in both Greek and English, the relevant link is:

The third is The Hellenic National Meteorological Service. This provides a forecast for Greece as a whole and other parts of Europe. There is a mass of information on this site available in both Greek and English. The closest weather report for Kasos is either Rhodes or Heraklion. The relevant link is:
